Why was my auto-debit payment not successful?

• First payment need to be paid manually before auto-debit application approve by the bank and for subsequent payments, it will deducted by auto debit every month
 • Auto-debit payment is not successful due to insufficient fund in account
 • If your auto-debit payment fails, there will be another attempt to debit the payment after one week.

What should I do if I want to register for direct debit?

You will have to go to our authorised merchant to sign a direct debit registration form.

What should I do if auto-debit to my bank account failed?

Accepted Answer

You can make payment via any payment channel available and inform us after the payment has been made successfully or you can top up or make sure your bank account has sufficient fund and inform us to try debit the bank account again.

• For motorcycles loan tenure is minimum 12 months (1 year) and maximum loan tenure is 60 months (5 years).
 • For electrical appliances and furniture loan tenure is minimum 12 months (1 year) and maximum loan tenure is 48 months (4 years).

What are the interest rates for a credit sale (CS) and a hire purchase (HP)?
